Beware Of Falling Ice

Falling ice

It’s that time my Knotty friends, time to head back to our favorite BDSM club Venture and hang with Tony, Shayla, Tilly and her guys, and meet some new friends as well. This is number 36 in the Suncoast Society series, and thank everything that is holy, unholy, wiccan, you name your religion, that the series is still going strong.

For me, this series is like a warm, comfortable blanket…with a healthy dose of good ole kink thrown in. It’s my series I go to when I’m not feeling good and I want something to read to make me feel better. The Suncoast/Venture characters feel like family.

That being said, let’s talk about our new family members, Andrew and Rachael. They are friends and play partners. (You know that’s not stopping Tilly, right?) Andrew is happy with this arrangement because he’s just getting over a relationship with a nutjob. And Rache, she has some issues herself. Rachael gets a phone call from her brother Justin. He’s graduating college with his doctorate. While she’s thrilled for him, she’s not so thrilled the rest of her family is going to be there. One member in particular.

When she mentions having to go to Sioux City at a munch, Andrew listens to what she says, and what she’s not saying. He volunteers to go with her. After they talk and decide to take their relationship to the next level, unicorns and rainbows ensue…yeah right! So much insanity happens on their trip it will have you laughing so hard you’ll be crying. And her family? You’ll just have to read that to believe it.

As usual, Tymber writes a feel-good book with lots of hot, kinky sex. Her usual cast of Suncoast characters make their appearances, though a good portion of this book happens away from sunny Florida. It’s one wild ride though, and I had it finished in no time at all. One of the best in the series yet!

I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review.
